Daily maintenance of lithium iron phosphate batteries

Lithium iron phosphate batteries use maintenance-free design, usually, the user is not too much to worry about the maintenance of the battery, just let him work on his own. It is different from some lead-acid batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries do not need to add water and liquid, and lithium iron phosphate batteries in the long life of the process does not need to add water and liquid, but also does not need to drain.

Advantages of LiFePO4 battery

1. LiFePO4 contains virtually no toxic or hazardous substances and is not normally considered a hazardous waste.
2. LiFePO4 is a safe technology and will not catch fire or explode under any circumstances due to overcharging, nor will it produce flammable gases.
3. LiFePO4 is one-third to one-fourth the weight of a lead-acid battery of the same power.
4. In higher discharge rate applications, LiFePO4 can produce twice the usable capacity of a similarly rated lead-acid battery. And LiFePO4 has a higher discharge rate capability (10C continuous discharge, 20C pulsed discharge).
5. LiFePO4 has a flat voltage discharge curve with almost no "voltage dips" (as with lead-acid batteries).
6. LiFePO4 has a very low self-discharge rate
7. LiFePO4 does not suffer from thermal runaway.
8. LiFePO4 is relatively maintenance-free over the life of the battery. Only an annual discharge capacity test, impedance or conductivity test is required.
9. LiFePO4 can be operated in any orientation, including upside down.
10. LiFePO4 does not contain toxic heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, or any corrosive acids or bases. liFePO4 batteries are the most environmentally friendly battery chemistry available today.
